I didn't see the need to sideload Wave/Spotify/whatever else on the HU itself since we come equipped with CarPlay/Android Auto. Sideloading any additional apps on the HU itself resulted in dogshit slow performance and I wasn't bout it.
When I first installed HH, it worked like a bootleg phone - super laggy, random freezes.
Then I understood that you really can't stress the head unit with literally any extra software that wasn't on it before you installed HH. (This is not a HH problem; it's your car's fault for having a wack...
Yeah on Eibach Prokit.
Something to consider: Eibach Sportline provide a more aggressive drop than the Prokit but will rub heavy if your wheelspecs are similar to mine (275/35/19)
It is indeed 2 separate pieces, not sure if the splitter can be mounted to OEM. The mounting points are the same as OEM so I don't see why not... but that's a question for evs to answer!
Technically you don't have to remove the bumper but it is A LOT easier if you do. I did not remove it and it...
It's a wrap! "3M black brushed metal"
like the CTR prototype
from medium-to-far distance it almost looks matte black
and up close:
my weak phone pics don't do it justice; you must see it in person to really appreciate it!
Thank you man! And spyder57 was on the money: VMR V701 in 19X9.5 +45
Took the center caps off mainly bc VMR caps have kind of a weak look with "VMR WHEELS" written in chrome on them. Didnt really match with anything and the bare look is kinda cool!
You future buyers won't regret this. It's pricey but you do one of the most quality intakes on the market! Ordered mine from Jacob a few weeks ago; very satisfied!
I have not installed it yet (getting it done tomorrow) but I did line it up with the OEM one and everything seems to be a native fit! No drilling required.
That's most certainly in the plans!
Currently daily driving the hell out of the car so can't really part with my ECU for short term but hopefully soon!
