Honda has trademarked the name ZSX with the EU intellectual property office last month. This could potentially be the name for the baby NSX design that was discovered in patents a few months ago. Rumor is though that this car may be badged a Honda. I'd love to see a Honda ZSX halo sports car...
Lame renderings. Looks more like what the Si will be than the Type R. It doesn't even have the fender vents that we've seen already on the prototype spy pics - http://www.civicx.com/threads/first-look-at-2017-civic-type-r-hatchback-prototype-spy-pics.350/
Look at these - they have so much more...
I like that they left the roof spoiler and the tail light jutting out like a trunk spoiler. I think the double spoiler look gives the profile view a sporty look.
If you throw some larger wheels onto the production image and black out the window trim, it's not that far off from the concept...
Been recording and watching the OJ Simpson series on FX. Brings back memories from childhood when it happened.
One thing I'd love to know is how much of what's being portrayed is real and how much is exaggerated, dramatized or even made up?
It's just a concept/prototype so I doubt anyone was even able to open the hatch or see the interior. Once the production model debuts at an auto show I'm sure we'll see photos of that.
That's why it's a "prototype" (concept). It's all about showing the wilder side of things. The production version will no doubt be toned down, but important takeaway is that the overall shape of the hatchback is attractive, which is what we'll see with the production hatchback.
Doesn't look good IMO. There's too many elements on the EX-T wheels so plastidipping it looks weird, makes it all look like a plastic hubcap.
A member did it already..

Exactly, and that's what a factory warranty is for. But as you said, recalls are free even outside of the warranty period.
Let's not get hyperbolic and sky-is-falling about this.
More likely we'll see hatchback info or debut at Geneva show instead. Would make sense since that's the single Civic model that the European market gets.
I think they shortened everything from the B pillar back too much. The hatchback is more elongated than that and has more of a 'deck' in the rear.
Earlier Type R spy pics, but you get the idea.
