  1. CivicX.com Type R Review From Montreal

Great review! Look forward to the part 2 vid.
  2. Official: 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Arrives This Fall w/ 1.5-Liter Turbo, 6-Speed MT, Apple Carplay

Looks damn good to me. No idea what some people are seeing or how you can like the way the coupe/sedan looks but dislike the hatch so much.
  3. Honda ZSX halo sports car on the way?

Honda has trademarked the name ZSX with the EU intellectual property office last month. This could potentially be the name for the baby NSX design that was discovered in patents a few months ago. Rumor is though that this car may be badged a Honda. I'd love to see a Honda ZSX halo sports car...
  4. Report: 2018 Civic Type R Concept Debuting in October (Paris)

Lame renderings. Looks more like what the Si will be than the Type R. It doesn't even have the fender vents that we've seen already on the prototype spy pics - http://www.civicx.com/threads/first-look-at-2017-civic-type-r-hatchback-prototype-spy-pics.350/ Look at these - they have so much more...
  5. Production 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Styling Revealed in Patent Images

I like that they left the roof spoiler and the tail light jutting out like a trunk spoiler. I think the double spoiler look gives the profile view a sporty look. If you throw some larger wheels onto the production image and black out the window trim, it's not that far off from the concept...
  6. TV Shows

Been recording and watching the OJ Simpson series on FX. Brings back memories from childhood when it happened. One thing I'd love to know is how much of what's being portrayed is real and how much is exaggerated, dramatized or even made up?
  7. Official: Civic Hatchback Prototype Unveiled!

It's just a concept/prototype so I doubt anyone was even able to open the hatch or see the interior. Once the production model debuts at an auto show I'm sure we'll see photos of that.
  8. Official: Civic Hatchback Prototype Unveiled!

That's why it's a "prototype" (concept). It's all about showing the wilder side of things. The production version will no doubt be toned down, but important takeaway is that the overall shape of the hatchback is attractive, which is what we'll see with the production hatchback.
  9. Official: Civic Hatchback Prototype Unveiled!

About the hatch volume... This is what another member wrote in a post earlier in this thread:
  10. Leaked: Honda Civic Hatchback Prototype Concept official pics!

These are real photos but touched up. So they look a bit CGI.
  11. Plastidip EX-T Rims / Wheels ?

Doesn't look good IMO. There's too many elements on the EX-T wheels so plastidipping it looks weird, makes it all look like a plastic hubcap. A member did it already.. http://www.civicx.com/threads/what-did-you-do-to-your-civic-today.786/page-4#post-11441...
  12. What do you guys think of bucket seats into the Civic.

And I bet we'll see a ton of modified sedans and coupes at SEMA later this year. Cant wait!
  13. Thailand 2016 Civic released with blacked out front and new trunk spoiler

Looks like the same spoiler to me. Prototype was testing in Thailand too.
  14. Honda Civic Hatchback prototype to debut at Geneva!

Wow look at how aggressive that rear looks! Could the hatchback turn out to be the sportiest and tuner darling out of the 3 body styles?
  15. Official MODERN STEEL METALLIC Civic Thread

Color looks great on the coupe.
  16. 2016 Civic engine recall - piston pin snap ring issue affecting some VINs

Exactly, and that's what a factory warranty is for. But as you said, recalls are free even outside of the warranty period. Let's not get hyperbolic and sky-is-falling about this.
  17. Invoice Pricing?

No, there won't be any trouble from it. Invoice pricing isn't exactly state secret.
  18. Hatchback Release Information?

This rendering was posted already, and not completely accurate - see: http://www.civicx.com/threads/2017-hatchback-rendering.1523/
  19. Latest 2017 Civic Si speculation from HondaPro Jason

More likely we'll see hatchback info or debut at Geneva show instead. Would make sense since that's the single Civic model that the European market gets.
  20. 2017 Civic hatchback rendering

I think they shortened everything from the B pillar back too much. The hatchback is more elongated than that and has more of a 'deck' in the rear. Earlier Type R spy pics, but you get the idea.
