That's just it - I did not test this meter on a known polarity. I just figured probs were correct. So , as I checked the wires on the brake light - I was getting POS and neg readings as I switched where I had the probes.
So in my brain - it made sense.
But since the probes themselves were in...
Sorry if I was not clear.
Without ground - pressing and holding the brake turns lights on. Releasing brake turns lights off. No flash/blink. They operate as OEM.
With ground attached, it blows the fuse.
The program wires - for my desired blink rate I don't touch any program wires...
Thanls for your reply
Yeah - I wondered if I got a dud. Others have posted good luck with these.
The program wires are "out in space" as in they are not touching, but not capped.
Ground from the flasher not connected - the brake light works like normal (on/off ).
If I connect ground...
Purchased this flasher module from Amazon.
2019 si coupe.

I then attempted to install - it has a bunch of programming wires - but wires I need are black, red, yellow.
Black is ground, red goes on the car side of...
yes i would be pissed - but seeking the company to pay for the car cleaning? That is petty. I got a chai latte a few weeks ago and the lid was not secured when it was handed to me and i dumped it all in the center cup holder.
I luckily had microfiber towels handy and soaked up most of the...
if there is any way for your to film safely i would be interested to see it. Or perhaps get a family member/friend to follow you and see if they notice the flap? I was thinking about your post the other day when i drove mine. I was in the 80ish mph range and i noted no flap or real movement...
I hear you on the gym part. I pushed myself at the gym with some leg stuff, and sometimes my calf/knee gets me a little and then.. i realized i had to drive home. Got in, and at first i was worried about how my calf was going to feel with the clutch. Luckily it is light, but i could feel it...
I know you said you have tried pushing on it and such. Have you tried having a passenger mess around with trying to push or even insert some paper to see if they can stop the rattle while you drive? Sometimes it requires another person to help narrow down the noise.
I have about 5k miles on m...
if you get this sorted let me know. I have the aura pro as well. Currently mine are only on when ignition is on. They dont pop on when the lights pop on and i was too nervous to splice anything into the dome light.
Odd thing.. the fuse for the interior lights is in the engine bay. I know in...
I totally understand this... i have to drive through Baltimore to get home (pre covid) and when the traffic finally opened up, i could not wait to zip away.
edit to add - see we both have a thing for white cars - and like the 3/4 ass shot.
Ugg i am so sorry you went through that. I lucked out with my sales office - granted i have not been there for service yet - so we will see how that goes. I would rather do most stuff myself if i am able - but i am willing to take them up on the free oil changes and see if they can button a...
Just a thought - most dealerships give you a free oil change as well as a check up if you purchased from somewhere local. I would take them up on that unless you have modded the crap out of it already. For instance - i will be getting close to 5k miles and i figure at that point i am taking it...
im just going to toss this out there. If this car is your daily, and you have a long commute in crappy traffic - i would highly caution against modding it. It is not always good to mod your daily driver. As modding can limit the lifespan of the wear parts, and in some cases, listening to a car...
Im in this boat. I could possibly see how opening up the fake vents in the back "might" help a little in perhaps allowing air to escape from the bumper - but - is the bumper even acting as a wind catch/sail in this case?
I would imagine opening up the front bumper could just increase drag...
I was new to manual with my 19 SI and honestly, i think rev hang helped. It gives me a little more time to choose correct gear and make a smooth shift. I drove a car with no rev hang and it made things a little more difficult.. had to keep my foot on the gas more, choose gears a little faster...
I have no tune, and i myself has double checked my seats thinking the heater was on. I think there is some aspect of the seats being form fitting, cloth, dark, that they just get warm. I would have to check the car - but i at least know on my ridgeline there is a separate fuse under the hood...
