The Type R skid plate should work on an LX right? Just did my oil change for the first time on this car and noticed I don't have a skid plate. $40 doesn't seem so bad for one.
Black and yes its a 6 speed! Having a blast with her so far. I'm actually trying to find a way to get rid of the chrome lol, not my cup of tea. Cheers!
Just purchased these on a recommendation from my cousin. Said he's been running them on his cars for years without any problem. His sister had a 2017 Civic and they looked great. Should be receiving them soon. When I install them I'll put some pictures up so you can see how they look.

Hello guys,
A few months back I made a couple posts about trying to get an Si as I was almost done with my Accord lease. Unfortunately financially it didn't make sense for me at the time and so I ended up buying a 2009 Toyota Corolla for $2500 from a friend. Car was good but boring as hell and...
So I responded and never heard anything back lol. I didn't push the issue since I'm not ready but I still wonder it being this time of year if that offer could have been easily possible.
Excuse my ignorance (and if I missed it somewhere here) but what is the difference? This will probably be one of my first mod I do to the Si once I get it and I was looking through the site recently and saw the 2.0 but couldn't find any difference, at least in the description.
Only reason why I am tempted to believe it is because of "if you buy before December 31st" which leads me to believe there's a quota to meet, possibly.
Seems to be coming from legit email address and it quoted a prior email from the other person I was talking to. In regards to your second...
So I've been getting emails and calls from different dealers after putting my information on some sites while doing research. I've ignored most of them since I'm really not looking to buy just yet as I have 3 more payments on my current lease. I did write back to one of them as she kept calling...
I would go in now, especially if you're already noticing those small issues.
Edit: personally I would just buy a better battery myself and not have have to deal with the battery issue for another 4/5 years.
I think I had the same thing happen on my Accord about 8 months ago. Went in for normal...
Yeah I don't know how people don't realize their lights aren't on. I've been driving my wife's Jeep lately and it doesn't have auto lights feature like my Accord does. I've caught myself twice (both times leaving a gas station after filling up) driving without lights. It takes me less the 50...
My Accord does the same at 4k. Not sure about the SI (since I don't have one) but it's safe to assume that all SIs do what yours does. Pretty sure any modern car has this safety feature built it. Don't worry.
I'm in the same area as well. Live in Miami Gardens and work in pines. Don't have my SI yet but hopefully soon. Would like to attend a meet whenever I do get it sometime early next year. You're right, not too many si's around here.
Agree on all your CVT points. The lack of shift is what makes it boring for me.
It's funny you mention the door thing as I've always felt like my front passenger door sounds different when I close it, almost a hollow sound to it.
