Your airbox looks even closer to the sensor than mine. You sure they aren't rubbing, considering the airbox is stationary but the engine will move slightly? In my pictures, you can clear see there is rubbing happening between the airbox and sensor. With enough time, that might wear through the...
Are y'all able to provide pictures of an install that shows adequate space between the airbox and sensor? I don't think I installed mine incorrectly, but it's clearly rubbing on the sensor. When it warms up I'll take it out and reinstall to see what happens.
I had contacted 27WON a year or two ago about it. They sent me a replacement mounting piece but that didn't help with the final install position. Been meaning to see if I can tweak the position a bit more to get it away from one of the electrical plugs on the CVT.
This is all under the speculation that there could be an opening of sorts in the spoiler above the middle light. The bump just reminds me of times when working on laptops and putting a long screw in a short hole and creating a bump where there shouldn't be one.
The bump looks to be right above where the middle brake light is. I'd have a go at taking the spoiler off and seeing if something is poking up where it shouldn't.

I think this is actually what you're looking for, as...
My b! Totally forgot. TypeR RMM doesn't add any NVH, but it does feel stiffer than the original mount, as I've noticed a consistent lack of "rubber bandiness". In that regard, I think it makes the CVT more predictable and I'm back to pleasantly driving in D.
