I agree. I asked because those were the first few questions they asked me. I mentioned it to my service guy at the dealership and he basically said they ask those those questions to see if you are loyal.

Have you owned Hondas in the past? If so, did you take them to dealership to get maintained? They take these answers into consideration in determining if they will fix you car.

Turns out you were 100%. I called Honda corporate and told them my issue. Car is just outside the warranty by 2k miles, its a know A/C issue, etc. The person on the phone told me they can not help. I asked what then qualifies for a goodwill repair? She responded exactly with what you wrote...

What happened? My A/C just went out also and I plan to call Honda corporate. Have any advice?

I dont understand this. Some have had luck with Honda Corporate paying for the entire repair, 80% of the repair and others denied. I plan on calling corporate but not sure what I should and shouldn't say.

Same issue here. A/C started blowing warm on the driver side and the whole system blows warm air now. Car is out of warranty. Worst timing too. Its starting to get really hot out here in SoCal.
