265 35 18 was fine and didn’t rub on stock suspension or eibach pro kit. It only rubbed when I installed 275 tires

These are 275 35 18’s sitting on eibach pros. And yes, the rear rubbed with no one sitting in the back seat; can’t imagine how much it would rub with people in the back
