Haven't posted anything in a hot min due to focus elsewhere.
Really happy to have installed official black badges (plastidip wasn't cutting it anymore). They look awesome!
Also one of my DRLs died so I went ahead and got morimoto XBs which I think look incredible.
Hope everyone's doing well!
I just got the morimoto XBs and have had OEM LEDs, the morimoto copycat version and now the XBs, the XBs easily win with the best spread, output, etc. Do note that the adjuster is extremely easy to break so keep that in mind.
I have run this for 2+ years and have had 0 issues. I have also tried TSP and phearable offerings and they are lots of fun too but prefer the canned tunes just for the extra jumpiness in the low end.
Got some general maintenance at the dealer today but peeped at this beauty there. They also had a boost blue for sale with the lovely “market adjustment" tacked on for about 45k ?
I've had mine on for about a year and a half, really like the way they look and they were incredibly easy to install. Not super wild about the way the turn signals look even though I love sequential, just seem to loon weird to me but whatev. Haven't seen anyone else with them either. I did see...
I can tell you for sure I was just doing a quick wipe off yesterday afternoon and my hood is definitely suffering when it comes to chips and some are actually rusting. This cars paint is looking worse than my previous 2005 highlander.
Anyone have any suggestions for actual rust spots?
You should be prompted* to download the newest version of Ktuner as well as your actual Ktuner unit when you plug it in.

Can anyone explain to me in layman's terms what this means and what it does for me? I really haven't fiddled with settings that much other than just monitoring fuel trims, etc. Does this put more risk on the engine? @gtman
As far as I know it's still up for debate whether or not you'll be putting your car in jeopardy for voiding your warranty. A big factor is how you treat it with tunes, whether that be slamming it at from a stop or getting in and tweaking things a little too far.

I get about 32-34 in the summer as long as I'm doing mixed highway/city driving. In the winter/colder weather it drops to low 30s/29ish.
Also have been doing mostly city lately and driving a little more spirited so getting more like 25.
Overall I'm happy cause my last SUV got like 15-20 at best.
