Is of possible to select prl cobra race on the stage 1 tune

Hello i have a question I have to go to honda dealer Again. But it possible to go back to the factory tune ? But i have prl dp/fp and prl cobra race which tune should I choose. The factory base calibration are back to factory tune

Now yesterday i tested Again . And when i'm straight with the car he also do that noise but not so loud .it when i let come the clutch and give a hard acceleration in first gear to come in movement.

I have a strange noise Someone else also?
