It connects the plastic cover to the metal heat shield . There are one Phillips screw on each side then some type of clips that are missing.

I went to Honda and they sold me two clips but they don’t fit. They told be none of the other clips are serviceable with out buying the whole cover. Anyone know where to get some aftermarket clips or happen to have a picture of w The shitty part is it was most likely the service department that...
