Totally agree with you, no excuse for the time and effort this has taken on the customers part. Hopefully the quality still holds and the parts won't fade like mine has. The grill would be a really expensive item to fade and likely difficult to replace.

Yea I got a tracking number today as well for the replacement badge. Says he will respond to emails today so if anyone has any questions probably best to send them now.

Easy fix for those at least would be a hair dryer or heat gun. Works like the gopro 3m mounts, plenty of videos to help with that.
