Yes. Dash lights were a mess. Start button didn't do anything, so I could not get to "Accessory mode." Once I plugged my laptop power cord into a wall outlet and restarted KTuner it recovered the ECU successfully.

Got that letter today for my '17 Si Coupe. Says the malfunction indicator light may turn on, making you fail an emissions test. Software and A/C control unit will be updated.
