How did you end up figuring out the template issues? The one they sent was obviously scaled way too small. Tried printing out the one made by a forum member here with multiple scalings. Could not get it where everything seemed correct.

The carbon grill kinda fits poorly.

Yes, I turn off the climate control which makes the engine come up to temp much faster. It's parked in a garage so window defrosting is not an issue.

Could you tell it was bad by looking at it? Mine seem to work ok sometimes, but really erratic other times. In light rain they are the worst.
