I just got my 2019 Si and the volume knob is sturdy and feels great. Not sure if the one you tested was mistreated but the volume knob feels great and feels just like the 2017 Acura ILX volume knob.
Yeah I was thinking about that as well. I'm going to be popping in there today to get a free wash but I'm a little worried about asking them about the tune and if voids my warranty because if they say yes and I decide to do it later then I really have no recourse.

I just bought a PWP 2019 Civic Si two days ago for 24,800 OTD in central florida. I recommend you play a couple different dealerships against each other and you will definitely get a better price.
