Enough people didn't drive them, there will be plenty of low mile R's still in a year or two. I'd wait for the next version and then make a choice which one you want, and probably save a buck on the FK8 when the new Type R is here. Unless you're buying brand new you are buying a question mark...
This is constructive advice at least. I would point out a few more things though. The TRX is 80K. My truck I just bought was 45K out the door. It's not like I have 100K sitting around to just blow on a truck cash. A truck for me is literally a tool. It allows me to accomplish my job and is...
Meh....I find that when I commit to something like I did with my Type R, which was a great purchase, it gives me extra motivation to continue to kick ass. And it's not like I dont need a truck....
Made 2 g's today and a solid new business connection. I am a boss, outwork everyone I associate...
Thanks, man I agree it is a pretty sharp looking truck and those wheels are the factory upgrade 20s. I guess great minds think alike because that's the set of wheels I have on the red truck behind the burgandy one, haha. Good choice ;)
At least they still make the Eclipse....SUV. Mitsubishi has other revenue streams they are more focused on than cars, clearly. Their biggest moneymaker is Mitsubishi Electric I believe.
Don't leave out the 440 and 440 Police Interceptor and the 426 Hemi. Even the Neon SRT motor was pretty good. Chrysler makes a lot of shit. So does GM and Ford. Ford 6.0 anyone? And they can't even make a Truck outside of the Raptor that doesn't get the death wobble....OH yea perfectly...
I am not as old as you but I remember when a $400,000 house in boulder didnt cost $2,000,000+. Times change, money is just numbers on a computer screen. In my mind trading money for good experiences is not even close to the worst investment you could make.
Had to buy a new rig at the dodge dealer regardless so I learned a few things and got my TRX quote.
The lack of TRXs is due to the fact they are not being built unless they have an assigned buyer due to a chip shortage (Bosch, Japan). You need to go into a dealer and order one and then...
So I will answer this question myself. Anyone looking to buy a TRX. 75,000 Bare Bones. 80,000 1st Tier Package. 88,000 2nd Tier Packager. Find a Dealer who isn't a pos and anyone else charging you more is sticking it to you.
Thats the one. Ha no inheritance coming down the pike, I work for a living. Raptors, Cummins, Trucks in general are expensive. MSRP is 70k starting. That's an acceptable price if I could find one. They are charging 100,000 to 110,000, for these things. Not happening.
