Wheels and tires should be a top priority for canyon carving. You'll get more noticeable performance from those than coilovers.
Also, high temp brake fluid, stainless lines, and more aggressive brake pads should be considered a high priority. Having brakes go spongy in twisties is a butt...

I have my td03 tuned by Drob. It's been going strong 4 years. I wouldn't recommend the flex fuel though. Td03 is small framed, and doesn't really shift the torque curve. Running both together has potential to make A LOT of torque down low, even if trying to tune to limit it
