Sorry for not replying to this, thank you for the research. The immobilizer issue was coming from the ECM/PCM communication failures. More of a symptom of the problem than the actual problem itself.

Update: This was actually a sign of my failing ECU. I was having communication failures between my ECM/PCM. For anyone dealing with this, check over your grounding points first. I think that may have been what killed mine.

Update: Figured I would update this thread. It was a bad ecu. Replacing it was not the hardest thing in the world. Programming it was a little difficult. Bought an OEM one straight from Honda. If anyone needs to replace their ECU, make sure you know the exact year of the one they give you. I...

Depress clutch when letting go of gas at low speeds. Slip clutch as traffic moves. It won't kill your clutch to let it out a whole second slower and twice as often when going through traffic. That's just my advice and it works great for me.

Limp mode means that something is throwing a code. Get into limp mode and see what modules are shutting down and why. I'd use a scan tool that can look over the whole can-bus.
