  1. Tread indicators on Continental stock tires?

    I am not sure how the tread indicator on our stock tires works. See picture attached. Are they ready to be replaced when the tread reaches that little peace sign or when it gets low enough that the little peace sign has dissapeared? Thanks in advance.

    Data logs? Is that the data pulled from when it was run on the dyno during tuning session? I think you described it best with “car doesn’t like the targeted afr’s at that rpm rage”. If that is the case, what needs to be done? Wouldn’t the person the tuning have addressed the afr’s at that time...

Would you say that I am “highly tuned” (enough to run one heat range colder plugs) if my best run at the dyno was 360hp to the wheels? If so, how do I go about finding the right plug...

    I would not go as far to say they went kaput. However I did run it on the preset tunes that come with ktuner for a little while until someone was able to give it a better tune running it on the dyno. Maybe the time that it ran on the preset ktuner tune, it compromised the spark plugs a little...

    OEM NKG plugs have the same part number as the NKG plugs that go for $13 each and do not say Honda on the box as if you bought it from honda. Are these ok? This is what I am trying to confirm. Also what size spark plug socket do I need? I know it has to be a “thin wall” socket to fit.

  8. Did I lose power with FBO’s?

    I spoke with someone yesterday that a local Fk8 group suggested and I am going to take it to the dyno in a couple weeks so he can check it out and adjust the tune I have on it. We’ll see what I learn on that day. Will post update here.

    I think am having a similar issue. Is there a good video somewhere that shows how to clean and re-oil the filter properly? I have never done this and want to make sure I purchase the right stuff and do it right.

    I live in Miami so even though its hotter during summer, its pretty hot year round. I did the mods staggered over the past 8 months and with each one I still felt like it was pulling harder when it was stock.

    So far I have installed AFE CAI, Milltek part resonated exhaust system, and did a tune with K-Tuner V1. I am using 93 Octane fuel. Why do I feel like it pulled more when it was stock? Thoughts?

    The part-resonated cat back millitek with factory downpipe shown in their video below sounds nice and not too loud. Did you consider that before going uncatted dp with fully resonated millitek?

    Thanks for sharing. Kind of difficult to make a decision based on that video. Each clip sounded different. The one in the parking lot sounds really loud for being fully resonated.

    Not sure where you read that I don’t like noise. Everyone has their noise threshold when it comes to exhaust. Its not black or white.
