Hi guys I want to know if I should add this part with the SiriMoto Krispy Shift Kit for my 6-speed Civic. That's all I'm planning on doing so far as I don't want to mod my car way too much as it's my daily driver. All I want to do is just improve the shifting and clutch feel. Thanks in advance.
Hi guys I have a 2018 Civic Hatch LX. The car is fantastic though I'm annoyed at how vague the shifter feels. I'm not sure which short shifter kit to buy so I'm welcome to any suggestions. Also would my local Honda Dealer be willing to install them? I work at one so it would be highly convenient...
I have Polished Metal Metallic on my LX Hatch. Only LX hatch 6MT on the lot so I said screw it. If I could get any other color it would be either Aegean Blue, or Sonic Grey if I got a Hatch. If I got an FC Civic Sport I would've totally got Lava Red Pearl or Tonic.
State: NY
Trim: LX
Tranny: MT
Color: Grey
Total OTD: $22k roughly.
Despite my love for manual transmissions, I (very) slightly have buyer's remorse for not getting an Insight or a Clarity since I've been driving LOADs of miles.
I bought a hatch because...
I hated the looks of the chrome grille on the sedan/coupe (but the 2019 looks better).
Turbo engine standard.
More practicality.
Had I'd been in the market now I would've got the 2019 Sport Sedan.
Honestly given your daily commute I would absolutely go with the Insight. I haven't noticed too many problems with Insights (I work at a Honda dealer).
Before I got my car I was thinking about the Crosstrek (father really wanted me to get something with AWD), Ford Focus and Kia Soul. The turbo basically sealed the deal for me.
I work at a Honda dealer so I have driven the Insight. Whenever I drive the two back and forth, I don't see too much of a difference between how they drive except when you're driving it like an enthusiast. If I didn't want a manual car I would have gotten an EX in blue. It looks really nice.
As long as the 1.32% doesn't hurt the car I'd be okay with that. Do you think there would be any issues with alignment as well? And I feel like the hubcentric ring would go on just like regular steel wheels.
Hey guys, so recently I just bought a Civic Hatch 6mt. I have steel wheels from my old 2012 Hyundai Elantra which I bought steel wheels (195/65/15) from JC Whitney less than a year ago. They only have about 7,000(?) miles on them and I'd rather not buy new wheels and tires. Will these fit the...
