  1. What's your SI looking like today?

They do both. I went with vinyl because it's easier to keep clean. The downside is it's hotter than leather.
  2. What's your SI looking like today?

I had these Katzkin vinyl seats installed about two weeks ago. My kids destroyed the cloth originals. Loving them so far.
  3. What's your SI looking like today?

Thanks, Man. Just a phase of my mid-life crisis. :p
  4. What's your SI looking like today?

New coat of Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra on the entire drivers side after recent paint work from an entanglement with a deer. Finished with an annual maintenance wash and interior detail.
  5. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 vs Crossclimate2

Any thoughts on the Conti Control Contact Sport SRS+? DT ranks them in their "Best" category. Edit: Nevermind, just read it's basically identical to the DWS 06+. It's just exclusive to DT.
  6. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 vs Crossclimate2

You are correct; I meant the A/S4s. I have corrected the original post. Your synopsis is very helpful. I'd prefer another set of A/S4s, but unless they come back into stock, may have to "settle" for the Contis.
  7. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 vs Crossclimate2

@Discount Tire do you have any thoughts on this? Should I consider the Conti DWS 06 PLUS instead?
  8. Where to buy rims?

@Discount Tire . They sell practically all wheels even ones that aren't listed on their website. I purchased my Avid1 AV20s from them and they even price matched a sale I found on eBay. Send them a DM from here and they will get right back to you. In addition to the wheels, I recently...
  9. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 vs Crossclimate2

Correct, but they may be my only option if A/S4s aren't available. I'm a Michelin guy.
  10. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 vs Crossclimate2

My Michelin Pilot Sport A/S4s are down to 4/16th tread depth after only 22k miles. Discount Tire has confirmed I'm eligible for a refund credit. I love the A/S4s (absent the short tread life) and wouldn't hesitate to buy them again, but they've been on backorder for months from what I can...

  12. Shock Recommendation

At 98k miles, I believe the factory shocks on my '18 Si need replacing. I've been lowered on the Eibach Pro-Kit for approximately 35k miles. I've never had to replace shocks before, but this is also the first car I've lowered which I've read exerts extra stress. The car is my daily and will...
  13. What's your SI looking like today?

A brisk day in NC (my Bayson lip bit the dust last week.)

  15. lowering spring question

I had the Prokit installed about a year ago. During my last alignment, my mechanic recommended adjustable rear camber arms. Had them installed last week and I gotta admit it drives and looks much better.
  16. Replace or reuse exhaust gaskets R&R turbo back?

I reused the factory ones. No problems so far.

  18. AWE Touring Exhaust Drone

I asked @AWE this exact question just after installing mine. What you're hearing isn't drone. You aren't accustomed to hearing any sound, so the sound you're hearing is magnified. Plus, the sound deadening materials in our Si's are less than stellar. Like me, you will probably grow to like...
  19. Adjustable Rear Camber Arms

Great illustration. Of course the camber arms are more expensive. LOL
  20. Adjustable Rear Camber Arms

Noob Question Part Deux: Is a camber arm the same as a control arm? Thinking about purchasing this: https://whitelineperformance.com/products/rear-adjustable-toe-arm
