Trading for a type R. Priced to sell Selling the Sirimoto e85 kit with all fuel lines and gauge as well as my non-carb Flashpro and Prl race maf cobra cold air intake!! Used for 1k miles before realizing I might as well buy a type r for how much I spend on the car a month as well as mods. E85...
Update. I had a friend clear codes and everything is back to normal! Car is back to 100 percent! All because of a sliced wire. No new ECU or new harness needed. Time to get my refund from the dealership for my initial down payment of 462$ and tell them I won't be paying the rest for the harness...
TunedTwith the flashprofto thete85 basemap but it's been about an hour of driving yet all the vsa lights, electronic parking brake, and electronic power steering lights are still on :/
No longer getting any codes from the obd2. The voltage in the pedal has been fixed and all is good and well. The car is out of limp mode and drives like a champ, I missed how it felt. We'll see if the electronic steering wheel, electronic parking brake, and the rest of the vsa goodies will...
I think I found what's causing it. During the install I cut a hole in a rubber grommet to get through the fire wall. I think this brown wire was accidentally sliced in the process.
Going to see if I can find the other end and splice/solder it back together.
The wire is back to normal and has been since they installed the new ecu and new harness which completely replaced the spliced wire with a brand new unspliced one.
Not all the lights are on only a few. The battery and oil lights are off. I'll attach a picture.
The fuse adapter has since been...
What's even nicer is I only had to pay 400$ the first time to get the ecu changed. They didn't even make me pay the 2k$ because they felt it was unfair because the issue wasn't resolved
When I took it to the dealership I decided to leave it in. That way they would know what was done and would have an idea of how to fix it. The first thing I did was remove it after the first initial visit though. Infact when they installed the new harness it came with a new wire and that's never...
I appreciate everything. I saw that post when I was looking to see what the issue was. I checked every colored use with a current/volatge pen from the hardware and even manually pulled out the fuses and couldn't find a single one that was blown. Ended up taking it to the dealership and they...
I'll scan in some copies of the instructions later on tomorrow. I bought a little pen that you use to check the voltage/current for the fuses and I didn't find any that were blown. I even pulled them out and shined a light through them to see and I didn't find anything.
