43k is actually very reasonable for the mileage and condition of the car. FBO on these cars are very reliable so that can also be a plus. The year of the car doesn't really matter since they're all the same pre facelift.
anyways GLWS OP!
My buddy also had his GT350 motor replaced under warranty. He got rid of that thing shortly after, it's a bummer because it is a great looking car and is a weapon on track when it works.
Of course we're all a bit biased here but I think it's safe to say in your situation the Type R will suit...
Your car is priced very well, the issue is just the market currently...a lot of folks can't afford these rates on used car loans. That's just the world we currently live in now and why most have just gone the dealer route when selling to save time etc.
Either way, hope you get a bite soon!
The private sale market for these cars just isn't there in this current market unfortunately. I think you would fare better putting the car back to stock, trading it in, and selling the parts.
regardless GLWS!
My first and only interactions with the police *knock on wood* was when I was 20. I had a brand new Si and had just slapped on a PRL turbo kit on it. I was in the early stages of remote tuning it which involved several 3rd gear pulls on the streets. I remember doing one till I hit the rev...
not bad, I will check with vroom for sure. and yeah man private party sucks right now, and when you finanly get a knibble it's never anything serious lol.
carvana offered me 32k just now, completely clean bone stock 2018 with 19k miles so definitely not doing that. I remember getting a quote from them for 43k back in 2021 LOL. Should've taken that and ran but I still love the car.
