Thank you, I'm happy with it. And yeah I can't say that I knew it would all be fine, it's been a bit of an experiment, but I'm happy to say that to this point it's been a successful experiment.

It's mostly parked in the garage, but I do drive it nearly daily in the winter, snow and all. And, I've to this point never had an issue.

The sensor and pigtail are so you can monitor ECT 2 in the secondary radiator and get a delta from ect1. I am only using the sensor simply as a plug however because where the pigtail would tap into it's where the prl ethenol cord plugs in so I can monitor my ethenol content

It has a very similar volume but the dimensions are different. The new one is thinner but a little taller. So it has more surface area. The other big difference is that the old one is bar and plate and this one is tube and fin.

I think it's a poor choice on location, oil is hotter than coolant and so it'll be feeding the radiator very hot air almost guaranteeing overheating the ect

I've had no issues with the radar but I don't have the usr kit (ducting). I could be wrong but I think they or someone else came out with a ducting set up that works with the 20+
