Short trips and changing oil more often is one thing but a new vehicle but gas getting into the oil in amounts that are being reported is not good.
You can't make excuses for Honda on this bad engineering issues with CR-V and Civic models in cold climates.
Well, I said early that the rain sensing wipers worked well on the civic but it sucks.
My RDX's system works so much better. You would think it's the same system, yet the civic version sucks.
No other upgrades I'm interested in doing. LEDs, tires... that's it.
Add in over $100 in gift cards from Pirelli and signing up for a DT card. Less than $500 for a set of Pirelli's Cinturatos installed was a no brainer for me.
I see some here spending thousands they'll never get back. Why...
Yes, I did and would have given the tires to DT for nothing. I'm much older than most here and life is too short to worry about this type of upgrade cost providing you can afford the upgrade. Not the first time I've changed stock tires on a new vehicle over the years. Numerous times. I didn't...
In most cases, stock tires suck.
Yet they cost the same or more than much better tires because people they must be good tires because they came with the vehicle.
