Have you tried with the electronic e-brake?

I get some resistance going into 1st and reverse sometimes. Stock shifter too. I just go back to neutral and try again :dunno:

So I've read about how the ECU uses torque targets to determine boost targets... can someone smarter than me explain how the ECU is able to estimate torque output? I know a dyno is the right way, but I'm curious if you could theoretically estimate torque levels at specific moments in a datalog...

That's fair. I'm really not trying to knock your current setup. I know you don't mind maintaining it, but wouldn't it be easier to disconnect and take a break from the stuff that is frustrating you, if you don't have to keep coming back here and updating stats daily?

You might want to try out the different throttle padding settings. Throttle Padding (ktuner.com)

+1 for the V2 -- no laptop was huge for me. One less thing to go wrong during flashing (bad USB port / cable, laptop battery low, etc.).
