The original Civic was billed as a supermini though. The Civic changed class and it should be compared to a Jazz to see growth more in line with other cars.
I think we are looking at the face lifted Type R (talking about the white car) underneath the Mugen tuning here. Tail lights are updated, as well as the front bumper (the fake vents are partially covered like in some spy shots.)
I don’t think Mugen would release their own tail light. Doesn’t...
Just ordered a full set including X reverse lights and turn signals for my 2018 hatchback Sport Plus in Austria. Unfortunately the promo code didn’t work.
After my holidays I finally found the real sticker. ECU is unfortunately not supported. Could it be that they add this ECU and make it compatible with my Hondata unit or do I need to send it back anyways?
The Austrian tech sheet for the Civic is quite comprehensive and if my calculations are correct the rpm of the CVT (all with the 1.5T hatchback sport plus - we don’t even have the 2.0) is at 70% when in the highest gearing compared with 6th on the manual. I double checked if the gearing is...
This is the only one. I found it on a cable shoe next to the ecu. Can’t even run it on the Hondata site because it says it’s the wrong format though.
Haha my Honda history is short and strange...
My first Honda was a 2010 Insight Hybrid, then a 2012 Civic 2.2 i-dtec hatchback with the 2.2l Diesel, 150 HP and MT, after a 2016 Civic Type R GT and now a 2018 Civic Sport Plus CVT 1.5T. While these cars were all very different I loved every one of...
Hi guys,
Since two weeks I'm running a brand new 2018 Honda Civic Sport Plus CVT (in Europe/Austria) with the 1.5 Turbo engine. Loving the car so far but as I'm coming from a 2016 FK2 Type R I'm wanting for a bit more power and bought a Hondata Model FlashPro Civic 2016+ Turbo 1.5...
Yeah to be honest I’m very happy with the EU Sport Plus spec compared to the similar Sport Touring in the US: Sport Plus is available without leather (I would only take leather with cooled seats), as a MT for those who prefer, adaptive dampers, nicer looking sunroof, clear sidemarkers, blind...
Long-term viewer and now first time poster I'm sharing a few pictures of my 2018 Civic Sport Plus CVT. I had a 2016 Civic Type R before and wanted to change to something a bit more refined because I'm driving quite a lot. (Made 80.000 km in 2 years with the Type R).
