Hello. RV6 has a plug and play for their gears. It’s preprogrammed for their gears. But you could reprogram it for your gears.

I wonder how the kelford fuel lobe shape compares to the hondata fuel lobe shape. I wonder if all the kelford cams also have the same fuel lobe shape also.

Were you able to check your thrust clearance on mainshaft? And your clearance for your differential? With new bearings all those clearances can change. When you rebuilt did you fully strip down the shafts to clear the oil galleys? You shouldn’t whine in 5 and 6.

No way it can sound like stock. It’s related to the geometry of the gear. That’s why reverse whines. Revers is straight cut.
Gas mileage is like stock for normal driving. I put BC steel valves springs and retainers. Prl and Map I don’t think broke any crankshafts but did they broke several driveshafts!

Do different: just buy the TSP block. It’s good value. If pricing has not changed too much since I last looked.
I like the Brian Crower rods better than entry level Saenz.
