Hey guys I installed the +6 tune on my 16 EX-T and noticed that at light throttle and cruising I get a sort of "pulse". I could see this being normal if the tune changes the torque converter behavior, but I wanted to make sure first.
I reverted back to stock and it doesn't seem to do it. Just...
Sorry for the delay!
Apparently Honda sells the seat only by the onslaught of parts. It would be approximately $900 in parts alone, then a lot of labor. Also, we weren't entirely sure if the airbag would plug in and not cause problems.
Has anyone looked into this? All the parts for the seat assembly are available through the parts store, but I'm wondering about those side curtain airbags. The parts store doesn't make any mention of the airbags themselves - would this be prohibitive to a swap?
The 2018 Odyssey has a really nice new 4-spoke steering wheel that looks like it could be similar enough for a swap?
Thoughts? The might be ever-so-slightly different.
It's really all or nothing in this business. Broken down cars are more than just repairs, but lost wages and lots of stress. I realize it's not the most economical, but I make plenty enough doing it, so
As a "car guy" who drove sticks for years and ended up with sciatic nerve issues that caused my legs to go numb - the CVT is just fine. It's different, but perfectly acceptable. Just got to learn to play by a different set of rules.
Yup, plan to. I have a maintenance package, so I'm going to be doing the changes around 30% until they're all used up. Then probably switching to Mobile 1?
