My engine and I are smiling with the 0w-20 in us. I like thin in me!!!! I use Idemitsu 0w-20 which has been back specd to meet Dexos 1. Keep in mind, this formulation came out in the early years of SN so circa 2000-ish? Incredible 0w-20 oil to meet Dexos 1 which came out, what, yesterday?
Cool. One more thing, you made sure they didn't overfill it right? Also, do you red-line or use lower gears at all or a lot? Just trying to brainstorm cause the only Civics that I have heard of having leaks are not hatches but the coupes and sedans.
Hi and thx,
Should I or better yet, can I get this value and get a good trade-in value. Would this be the best time to try to trade it in for another hatch?
I have about 26K miles on a LX Hatch. This has less hp than your SPORT and I have not had any oil issues other than the dealer overfilling the oil and not performing rotations. What kind of oil do you use or have you had dealer oil changes only? How long did you leave the FF oil in?
DO YOU...
I drive in a completely flat terrain and landscape but I can see how this engine/drivetrain can get annoying with all the constant revving an fluctuations in hilly terrains with the CVT.
You're sucking up all the Sonic Gray HBs in your area. We need new Honda Civic owners not recycled ones. Having said that, I won't run any more red lights like I have been doing.
It won't be the same without them being made in the UK plant. Any J VIN possibilities here? Here is my actual punchline and that is what new colors for the HATCHes?!?!?!
The issue is they don't assign an adjuster or anyone, it's just someone at a call center. I don't feel like anyone is leading any of this aside from my phone calls. Kinda disconcerting.
I would have just used some clearanced out Idemitsu from AAP and a FRAM ultra filter and called it a day. you didn't get the memo but just a FYI, I got the hatch and using the FRAM Ultra got rid of the warm and sometimes cold start grind.
