I'm 68, and the SI combines the best of every little sports car I've owned over the years. I've had MGB's, Austin Healy Sprites, Triumph TR4A IRS, Alfa Romeo Giulia (1966 model), Corvair Spyder, '65 Mustang Hi Po. I do have a Ktune on mine, but I love it. Probably have it til' the end (mine).

I don't doubt it, the Mustang sounded wicked just idling, he was probably just giving me a thrill. From what I've heard of them (GT350's) I was kidding myself, I'm not telling the wife though!:nixon:

I had the same thought, but it sure sounded like he stood on it. I'm sure after 90 he would have left me in the dust. I am on the Ktune 19/23 tune with rev hang disabled. I supposedly have the TSP tune, but never have been able to load it. That being said, the Ktune 19/23 is a blast.

I've had my Ktuner for a week now, and still on the Ktuner tune. For whatever reason, I cannot load my TSP1 onto my Ktuner software. Got an email into Corey @ TSP, hopefully we will get it resolved. Car is a blast on the Ktuner map 19.5/21.5, runs like a scalded dog. Can't wait to try out...

Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying my SI a lot. When driving this car at partial throttle, say 1/4th to 1/2 throttle the car feels really good, like a proper sports car. But when you full throttle it, it feels really strained and loses that sports car "feel". No longer feels "punchy", but...

A few days ago, after coming home in the rain and cursing the traction issues, the wife and I left in her 2017 Subaru Forester, which had no issues what so ever. Almost bought a WRX before deciding on the SI, still think I made the right choice.
