Yeah it’s not for many users it appears.
I emailed hondata support and the reply they gave me was
“What modifications in the software are you referring to” and have yet to rec response back
Interesting, i just finished a Flex Fuel Tune with him and from what he mentioned he said this feature would not benefit me and only those with higher octane fuels/bigger turbo
I have sent hondata many logs from the app and have never received a response or an email back that anybody is reviewing. I just went through a period where NOTHING was working after a reflash. I eventually gave up and the next morning it connected on start up... I have honestly gotten so...
Same here, every time i reflash i have problems and i still can’t figure out a pattern to get it to work after as it’s a different “fix” each time. It sometimes freezes when i plug in my flash pro to my laptop via usb
Currently running the Flex Fuel tune with the SiriMoto kit and my car threw a p2183 code. Which is a ECT 2 range sensor problem.
I was low on fuel I’d say a little over a gallon since i was trying to fill up with e40. Anyways drove home and reflashed after filling up and the code is now gone...
Fuel pressure too low
Have you checked to make sure the fuel lines are all seated/connected properly?
If so then i would Datalog and verify how the fuel system is managing the ethanol
The innovative gauge reads correctly. Don’t change any values as it seems to read correctly from the default values in the tune.
If you click calibration then click ethanol and hit F1, it will show you what values we are supposed to change.
Yeah you can but at this point I’m thinking it’s the hondata sensor that needs to be calculated since once i installed the kit and turned car on pre-corn the innovative gauge read 10% which is normal for pump gas.
I could care less that the 2 differ as I’ll likely end up tucking this gauge away anyway but I’m more concerned as to what % it’s actually reading
