Yep, you nailed it. That’s exactly right. That “flap” on the lower right corner has to be trimmed. Here is the pic of the sunshade you requested:

I’ll be glad to snap a picture of the reverse side of the sunshade. Also, the tray is OEM, but because of the subwoofer, the tray has to be trimmed to fit perfectly flush in the hatch. Said modification has already been done for the buyer on that one. (The new one will require it.)
