I paid $900 new, obviously don't expect to get exactly what I paid when they're no longer going for that after the discounts applied to them. Performance sites I checked out before posting now are saying $855 after being discounted from $900.

Yes, information at this time says only 25 vehicles affected. Best bet is to call and have your VIN checked to verify if you are in need of having it done or not.

Original post is not incorrect. There are 25 units affected by this recall for the Civics. It will not show up on a recall list for a certain VIN unless your vehicle is one of the few affected. *Also, directly from American Honda.

The sport wheels have a tinted clear over them. They are darker than factory Si wheels.
