Wow, I always see people getting these ridiculous mileage numbers and I can never get close. Best I've done in an assessment period has been 34mpg, usually average around 33. I have a hatchback sport and drive fairly conservatively. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if other sport...

I agree. We should have our own! Even if the engines are the same for hatch/sedan/coupe, we should still have one to talk exterior modifications (and just to see other hatches). :)

I have the FK7 sport with halogen headlights and I noticed that they seem to point down and provide poor illumination overall. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this. That taillight plastidip is badass! 1) Is it a matte finish? 2) Did you remove the taillight assembly before spraying? 3) Can you still see the light with this on?

I'm seeing people getting in the 40s?! Maybe they have a different car/engine, but I have the sport hatch with the 1.5L engine and I average 34mpg according to the dash computer. Is there a subset of this forum that only discusses sport hatch related topics?
