The remus doesn't have drone whether catted or catless, just the rasp when it is catless, also forgot to mention that it doesn't matter if the remus valve is open or closed. If its closed it's just muffled bees.

I'm just looking to see what combos some of you may have in terms of cat-back exhaust paired with a catless downpipe/frontpipe.
I bought the remus exhaust about 10k miles ago and initially it was because of the option to close the valve and make it quiet. Then I got an rv6 catless...
I've also not been able to get either knock control or knock count to function, is that also just a side affect of the ECU being different? How important is it to monitor either of those?

Yea I'm a little paranoid too about the bolt having enough threads to be safe. But in the mean time I've figured I've driven so many older "less safe" vehicles so it cant be that bad, plus the seat belt should be rated to hold a 200+lb. Person and the seat incase it were to break lose.
Yea I've noticed most newer vehicles if the seats are not electric they have odd "forced" positions (such as in my case with the butt end always being lower) whether the vehicle is manual or auto.

I'm almost 100% certain that its spark knock/ knock/ detonation/ ping.
I just dont see why a car that's brand new would have this issue, not saying that it should not happen at all, but the ECU should be detecting it and mitigating it to keep it from happening. Or do I have a bad knock sensor?
Unless the injectors get louder under load then its definitely not them. And yes they are loud but still not as loud as the ones on my 98 integra (Jdm B18C SiR-G)
Also dont think it would be valve's as it only happens under load. (It's as if the engine was naturally aspirated and overheating...
