Here is what the RV6 BPV sounds like on his R660. I thought it was his MHI so my crazy ass started this morning on it
What a pain in the butt while turbo is on.
I live in TX so I'll be a testament to the heat once I install lol. MHI heats up quick in the summer to the point I don't do pulls in the summer. Once I see it approaching 230 degrees, I let off.
To my surprise it does make the power he has more left in it too according to his tuner. Great option especially the office point. Though I can't complain with my MHI and I'm sure it's just as capable.
He had the HP record short lived, but We have several over 500. He specially as far as air and fueling has ported air intake, bored throttle body 58 to 64mm, bored fuel rail, fuel feed pipe, dw300c pump on E60 and running pure Methanol injection at 1000cc through the charge pipe and a great...
I will surely try to fit mine on, I am only waiting on the compressor housing and inlet (hopefully Spring season) before I install my RV6 turbo. This way I can install only once and not waist my gasket set. I can hardly wait.
Awesome, is it the standard email from the website? And I literally have every bolt on you can do including pure Methanol injection and aftermarket turbo currently 480 wheel HP
Here's some results of the MHI stage 2 putting in work in my Accord. FBO E30 no meth on 25psi target. I'm now on 27.6psi Target and actual psi hits up to 29.9. Meth tuning is next.
I just installed this turbo Sunday. Proper big turbo vibes. Sounds insane. Check out much bigger the exhaust wheel compared to my stock turbo.
Few sound clips here, but camera does not do justice. https://www.instagram.com/bigturbo2.0/
Haha you're right it does say that but it is the MHI stage 2. That's where I bought mine from. Back in April. Since then bought 7K worth of performance parts from them. Just bought the PRL inlet last night. Awesome people.
