It didn't cost me anything for them to replace the recalled condenser. But I was also in for some regular service. They seem to work with me more if I use them for service.

I had a similar rattle. It sounded like it was coming from the driver side air vent. I told the dealer when I was getting it serviced and they fixed it. Unfortunately now I hear it from the passenger air vent as well.
