25mpg by gauge, actual numbers are about 22mpg. I fill up every few days, with my biggest tank being about 240. One of my least favorite parts of the car.
Agreed. It took me two years of mistakes to move back in with my parents. If you have 25K sitting around, put at least 15 towards a house. You won't regret it.
I personally have some build quality concerns. If you have a 45k price point, I'd strongly, STRONGLY consider used Caymans (you can obtain an S for almost 50k, with a MSRP of almost twice that). The seat and interior have taken a decent amount of wear and tear for me in just short of a year...

Find a different dealer, stat. My dealer called ME and told ME the price. I wouldn't do anything different. As soon as I told dealers I'm treating this as a car, no different than anything else, they respected me. As mentioned, this is a Civic Type R not a P1.
That's fair. I still am not a fan of it, and I'm sure they will be punished accordingly. At that price, that opens up the idea of a lot of other cars that I would consider, especially when 15k is PURE profit. Absolutely asinine. The highest I was offered was just 10k over, and that was priced at...
