    Well congrats on the new SI. Another funny thing I noticed is that your bike and car currently match, and you stated you had a 08 8th gen Civic. Here is a picture of my bike and my 2008 Civic SI that were matching. Just kinda crazy the similar vehicles we've had.

    I completely understand! Taking apart the top part of the counsel isn't as bad as removing the entire counsel for the base bushings and centering spring though.

    The slammer mounts like 10 times lower than the stock knob. I just kept adjusting adapter untill the boot retainer untill was is lowest possible setting. When I found the point where the boot was at it's lowest possible setting and the knob was touching with the shift pattern straight I put...

    I was able to get the acuity shift boot retainer to work with the raceseng slammer. I took a little troubleshooting but turned out perfect.

    Just finished installing Raceseng slammer red translucent, acuity base and cable bushings, acuity centering spring and acuity shift boot upgrade.
