I’d also suggest rally armour, cleaner look and the urethane ones snow doesn’t stick to and jam up the wheel wells. Much better than a OEM dealer option IMO
The free tune from TSP isn’t a guarantee though. I was going to purchase a used unit through them but they said unless I had a hondata or ktuner available they couldn’t verify it would work with my car, even if the vin was provided because of certain ECU’s.
Regardless yes out of the box a basic...
Also I’d double check some graphs and research. I don’t think you’d really gain to much with an intake. The type R dyno videos I watched were hard pressed to brake more than 5hp and 2 wtq on most cases except for a random few. They’ll definitely help the car breathe and stay cool but even some...
each setup is gonna do something different and require more/less work. What are your end goals? Intake/fmic is gonna cause you to remove the entire from bumper, splash shields, and a bunch of OEM equipment for marginal gains. I just installed my 27won intake and you notice some pep but nothing...
Also for those manual owners out there, there’s a few of us with aftermarket shifters and different setups if anyone’s looking to see/feel the differences
The oil dilution is mainly a concern for short commuters. If you never get the car on the highway or out for a while the temps stay lower and it won’t rid the system of some of those issues. From owning a Subaru and two Acura SH-AWD vehicles, yes they have a huge advantage for traction. These...
Ya I’ve seen his and a couple others but they have the authentic Mugen ones. Mugen doesn’t apparently make the same style for the FK7 so I’m just looking to see if anyone’s had luck
Ok so after seeing people start swapping the 2020 parts for vents front/rear like mad it got me thinking. I know Mugen made some additional trim pieces for the type R to narrow down all there excessive black plastic above the fog light trims. Has anyone discovered a alternate brand or way of...
There definitely times over winter where I miss my old awd platforms. The other problem I think was the fact that I chose cheaper winters and might swap those out down the road. The manual transmission hated the cold but it just made shifting less fun. I often utilize the eco mode button in...

No mine has been in for the recall and I’ve also had my AC condenser entirely replaced so far under warranty. I don’t know about the intake valves as I’m sure I’d have to do some investigating on that one but I wouldn’t be surprised honestly with this engine.
Yea I’ve always found Honda’s really easy to learn on or to the lighter side having previously owned a WRX (stiff as a board). The rev hang is kinda annoying and I know both hondata and Ktuner can eliminate it and do a few other tweaks but I’m also Leary of warranty. Didn’t think 2019 had a new...
There’s also a classic Japanese/cars before 1994 I think it said being hosted in hawrelak park the same day and they’ll be cruising around. Maybe that’s worth checking out
Anyone attend the 780tuners opener yesterday or checkout that Facebook page? I went to the opener then quickly swung by the Tims on gateway after. Didn’t see a ton of Xgens
