I'm thinking more and more about this system. I have the catted PRL downpipe and the PRL front pipe.
Nobody here that can tell us about the in cabin sound/noise ?
Man, somethin is wrong here. I drive normal, mostly to the work and back, I live outside a very small city but do not work here so I take the motorway like 10km and 10km more on secondary roads. I drive at the legaly speeds or a bit over(low speed limits in Sweden), never did a 0-100, never on...
I'm at 35000km (summer and winter tires) now and I can get 2000km more but that is all. The limit in Sweden is 1.6mm for summer tires (3mm for winter). I ride my motorcycles in summers so there are more "winter" km than summer.
So....15000km with OE tires. That is 9300 miles.
I don't understand why they talk about diameter of the wheel. I think they mix up things. It is the ET that influence the torque steering.
Then....I started with a Saab 9-3 Viggen tuned to 270hp and 400Nm. That car was like a wild horse under accelerations. I had to fight with the car to keep...
Thay had the car for one and a half day and still no ideea where the sound is coming from. The dealer want the car for a longer period. Right now I need the car every day so I will wait until the motorcycle season will open again and than I'll let the try again...
The car is working fine.
- in the middle of the dash or a little bit to the right. It feels inside of the dash. Will appear at exactly 2000 rpm. It feels stronger when cold (winter time)
I've booked the service for 20th of sept. I'll see what they will find...
I don't think it is clutch related.
The problem is that you can reproduce it only when car is roling because that stupid rev limiter when the car is parked.
Nope! I'm waiting for the first service (in arround 30-35 days)
I foud that this sound comes when you rev the engine past 4500-5000 rpm. When parked, the car won't allow you to rev above 4000 rpm but if you drive (15 mph it should be enouhg) and put it in neutral you will be able to rev it to...
