I noticed mine has been making some rattling/creaking noises, only noticeable when I have the sun cover pulled back. I was planning on having the dealer check it out next time I go in. Let us know if they figure out what went wrong.

Thanks. Started commute at 70% this morning and now at 92%, no errors. AA is great when it works! I've used 4 different cables, all the heavier duty ones you can get from amazon, I guess I'll try another. It seems like it could happen on certain phones and be solved with a software update also..

I'm starting to think it is the 100% charge causing the issue. On the way home the battery is halfway and never gets to 100% and no errors. The USB charge error only happens to me in the morning so I'm gonna try not charging the phone overnight and see if still occurs tomorrow am. Can anyone...

I was also thinking it has to do with notifications. I've also noticed it happens mostly on mornings when the phone is close to 100% battery so maybe it reaches a full charge and stops pulling usb power which shuts off android auto? Just a theory.

Turning of app optimization didn't help for my issue. After a factory reset of both phone and head unit I get about 2-3 days of flawless AA then a few USB Charging errors and then non-stop errors.

Wow, seeing a lot of "Ver 1.0" on these apps... Now I know why I'm having so many issues with AA disconnects/usb charge error. It can't be an issue with 2 different phones which are both up to date. The system was just rushed to release.

I just drove for an hour and attempted to use Spotify and maps. After a few min the charging error began..constantly disconnecting the phone. I was actually going to the dealer for another issue and tried to show them the issue but it did not happen while the car was sitting still.
