Zero issues with a +9psi tune. Going to get the stage 2 ktuner/dp combo from Vit and I'm sure it will be fine. Mostly because I don't beat the ever living shit out of my car on public roads ...because ...not race track(spirited driving is different than driving like you stole it). Also at 5k miles.
I can't remember the thread here, but I remember a user saying they had codes thrown, and in another thread stating he installed them himself and was at fault for the issue. So yeah, as long as the springs are properly installed, there should not be any issue.
It will be possible next year when PRL begins/finishes their Big Turbo Kit. Is it smart to have your FWD car going over 300-350hp? No ...but in the words of Jeremy Clarkson, POWWWWWEEEERRRRRR.
It's the reason I love AMG's over M-Series, they're stupidly fun, not meticulously classy fun.
FX300 I would say is perfect for street. FX400 is more of a street/track. It will chatter in 1st gear and reverse and that's confirmed by Clutch Master themselves. Engagement is great though.
I dunno if you look up not just 10th gen civics but previous gens, focus st forums, wrx, etc.. a lot of users complain about chatter even after the typical break in period, plus multiple videos demonstrating the issue.
Also vendors are selling FX350s cheaper than FX300s, which tells me...
Yeah V12s are great, I've been hearing amazing things about the new Conti Extremecontact Sports($155 for 235/40/18 tirerack) which have better wet performance than 4S's , and of course imo, the bang of the buck daily spirited tires, Firehawk Indy500's at $130 a pop with dry performance very very...
I've really been tempted by this in all honesty. Just because 17" is also such a good sweet spot financially. I'm curious if anyone in this thread has pics of their Si's on some nice 17"s and 235/45/17 tires? I've only really seen them on the hatchbacks.
I think there is known issues with the FX350. Numerous threads with excessive chatter(concerning, considering smaller sample size of users) after install. Also if you look at various sites selling them, FX350 is cheaper than the FX300, most likely for that reason.
Never really been a fan of resonator or muffler deletes as it's a sound that exhaust was not prepared to create. Always ends up with a drone inside the car that will at some point drive you nuts, guaranteed. This exhaust on the other hand sounds pretty good, keeps the sound nice and deep, loud...
Confirmed, stock AS tires are terrible. I've lost traction too many times on turns that I would think would be fine on a decent summer tire.
Thinking about the new Conti ExtremeContact Sports, they had great reviews, of course a bit behind the new Michelin PS 4S's(doesn't come in 235 yet) in...
