When I spoke to them regarding the Race MAF, I paid $200. So considering the silicone hose and the Race MAF is $250 on their site that would lead me to believe the Silicone hose is $50.

You can call PRL and request to purchase the silicone hose separately and they will send you an invoice. That's actually how I bought my race MAF.
