  1. FK8 Master Spring Thread!

I daily drive my R and am thinking about going with H&R, but I am just curious, where would you rank Eibach in that grouping?
  2. FK8 Master Spring Thread!

I am curious to know this as well. I like how the drop with H&R springs is slightly lower than Eibach Pro-kit and Spoon, but not as low as Swift. My car is a daily driver all year round so I am not sure I would like having a 1" drop especially in the winter.

Thanks. I will give that a try. I plan on installing my PRL intake sometime this weekend.
  4. PRL Motorsports 2017+ Honda Civic Type-R FK8 High Volume Intake System Install Guide

What is the best way to remove the clamp that doesn't have a screw head on it? I know there is a term for that type of clamp, but I can't recall what you call it exactly. Its the small hose clamp that is closest to the inlet pipe.

When does the pre-order sale end? Is there a set time or does it just depend on the amount of orders?
  6. Titan7 Track Wheels : Civic Type R FK8

Thanks. Do you feel like your tires protect the outer lip of the wheel enough? The pics look like they do, but just wanted to make sure.
  7. Titan7 Track Wheels : Civic Type R FK8

A couple of questions for you. Are you lowered and if so, what springs? Do you think you could fit 265/35 tires on this setup either lowered or not lowered? I want these same size wheels and I am not currently lowered, but I worry about 255 tires. On my STI, I had 9.5 wheels with 255 tires...
  8. Rear seat cover

Do you have any idea if you can just buy the bottom seat cover and not a cover for the upper portion of the seat?
  9. Rear seat cover

So has anyone looked into a rear seat cover for the Type R? I was looking on the parts website for College Hills Honda and it lists 4 options, but when I called College Hills, they said there isn't one specifically made for the Type R. The ones listed on their site are for the other trim...

  11. Civic Type R After-market Wheel Guide

Can anyone recommend any good lug nuts to use with Enkei wheels? I don't want anything super nice since they will be used with my winter wheels, but wanted something better than the free lug nuts that Tire Rack gave me (they are starting to rust after only 1 winter of use).

Would you also say that there would be no problems with that wheel set up on Eibach pro kit springs?

He is on Swifts though, right? Does the 0.2 difference between Eibach and Swift not make a difference when it comes to fitment of these?

Any rubbing issues with this set up as well? I love these wheels and can't decide between 18's and 19's.

  17. Civic Type R After-market Wheel Guide

I absolutely love the Kiwamis. I am seriously thinking about getting the black ones for my R. Quick question for you though. Do you think the 255 tire is wide enough for a 9.5 wheel? I only ask because when I had a STI, I had 18x9.5 wheels with 255 tires and the tires didn't protect the lip...
