Gotcha, I ask because I know people change them because of the sound. I've been looking at the remus for a long time and I'd hate to invest that kind of money only to find that it sounds too raspy or drony.

I have found a 8in to 1ft drop to be optimal for closure.

I don't run anything less than 93 octane. No problems. Currently all stock. 25k mi. Hope this helps.

Not sure why I didn't get a notification for this, sorry for the late reply. It handles amazing. In fact I would say better than stock. Extra rubber and a good sidewall just gives the turns a better feel. I don't feel like the rubber is sliding off the rims at all LOL.
