Autel AP200 can pick it up: "P0219:00 Engine over speed condition Permanent DTC"
Autel MaxiCheck manual states: "Permanent DTC shall be stored in non-volatile memory and may not be erased by any diagnostic services or by disconnecting power to the ECU.".
I suspect the Honda dealer diagnostic...
Had a set of Rota Fighter 8s on our Del Sol. Wife hit a pothole and cracked one where it couldn't (or shouldn't) be repaired. No problem i thought - i'll just buy a replacement. Unfortunately, no replacements to be found on eBay or any of the US or Canadian vendors i could find via an internet...
I've been surprised by the high number of used CTRs for sale locally with salvage titles (probably shouldn't have been though). Easy to spot - they're the ones with prices that start with a "3".
New set of Acura NSX forged 19" Y Spoke wheels. Offset is very close to factory Type R spec. For 17-21 Civic Type R.
These wheels are each 12 lbs. lighter than the factory Type R wheels.
Will deliver/meet up within 400 miles of Salt Lake City. May ship if i have to but that's expensive. $2,500.
Thought maybe they sold my old Type R but i just got a fourth price drop notice. Car is now marked down 1.9% below what they paid me in October ($2,700 below their original asking price). Not sure why they are advertising it as a "Marketplace" car since i sold it directly to Carvana.
Just got a third price drop notice from Carvana on the <5K mile '18 i sold them in October. What was originally a 4.5% markup over what they paid me has now dropped to a 0.5% markdown. And that includes free shipping.
I just did this to the car i sold Carvana in October. They offered 14.8% less than they paid me back then. (But maybe this is a glitch from entering the VIN of a car they already own?)
They've lowered their selling price twice in the past couple of weeks.
" Got a Civic price drop email from Carvana. The markup on the car i sold in October has been cut in half and is now ~2.3%. "
Got another price drop email from Carvana today. Markup on the car i sold to them is now down to 1.9%.
As of today Carvana has started cutting prices. This is the first i've seen in several months of watching:

Seems like pretty slim margins.
That make sense. Of course it was much less effort for the dealer tech to just tape the CF mirror covers over the factory painted ones. With some care and patience using plastic trim tools the CF covers can be removed without damaging the painted ones. Same deal with the OEM interior CF trim...
I know the Honda instructions say to remove the original mirror covers but it's not necessary. My car came with dealer installed OEM CF covers. It was a year or two before i realized the Aegean Blue covers were underneath. You could only see a tiny sliver of blue and only if you were looking...
Mine only made it 1,200 miles before the windshield needed to be replaced. Insurance (Auto Owners') covered OEM replacement because the car was less than two years old. Since then i added OEM glass coverage to my policies.
