I never read the manual, but my practical observation was that AUTO gave you recirc only, and directed the air where it wanted. No fresh ever. Turn the AUTO off and you got fresh only, but it still regulated the temperature and fan speed and you could direct it where you want. I don't like...
I'm 6'1", hefty, and like a 'close' to the wheel position. There's ONE combination of seat height, back tilt, and front to rear that works for me. If one of the three is off by one notch, it's not comfortable. Once I get it set properly, I have no problem making an all day drive. Go in for...
I can't remember what I paid for that on my Challenger, but they did replace one tire... and theoretically would have repaired the 'curbed' damage on three of the four 'red line' wheels had I bother to take it in for that. I expect the wheel repair plus the one tire would've made me 'even'.
I don't have problems either direction in the Civic, but if my wife calls me from her CRV, it's horrible. We have the same Samsung phones, so I might pair each to the other vehicle and see if the CRV has problems with mine as well. Difference may be that she uses Android Auto for the phone...
I use the phone button on the steering wheel and pick the speed dial number from the info display instead of using the infotainment touch screen. I hate that interface for the phone.
I traded out of my black '13 into the Si. Don't really like the interior changes on '15 forward... but if they bring back Furious Fuchsia I'll be on the way to the Dodge dealer.
I'm a maker of thing wooden as well and posted a pic of the turned mesquite shift knob I had in my Mustangs and those Mustang boys gave me shit over it. Because it was 'ridiculous'. All modesty aside, it was beautiful. I haven't looked to see if one of those (made two) would even work on the...
I know this is a question of principle, and I might be upset too because if it's supposed to be red, it's supposed to be red... but is there any difference in functionality between the red and black H key? If you were having to BUY a replacement key and the red H cost $100 more than the...
I don't think my 2013 V6 had the TPMS readout. I had a dead sensor once and they had to walk around the car with a 'scanner' to determine which wheel it was. Echo the 'good' comments, tho. I got something between 27 and 29 MPG combined for 60k miles.
I expect that's probably true if you're running it hard. For everyday driving, I know I didn't see enough (any?) difference to justify the 40-50 cent difference between 87 and 93.
The only reason I even post in these threads is because soooo many people insist that premium is required.
