I have the RV6 Catless DP / FP and yes, the rasp / noise is amplified. I had a shop put on a Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator in place of the Stock one which tamed it down a bit.

There's some discussion there as well. I have the 27WON. NVH is harsh at first. From Engine Braking to slight throttle in the 1-3 K rpm range. I've had it almost 600 miles now and there is still some NVH, although its much...
They're crush washers and meant to be used once. As the proper torque spec is applied, they are meant to deform and form a seal when being tightened. I always replace the crush washers when doing Oil Change or Trans Fluid changes for peace of mind. It's not like they're that expensive.
Sounds like clutch slip to me if the rpms are not rising as a result of your throttle input. Does this happen at WOT only? What if you just give it 10% throttle?
I have the Throttle Pedal Relo Bracket from Acutiy in Position B. It's been on the car for maybe 9 months or so. I don't go WOT too often so haven't had this happen to me, but am interested in the long term solution for sure.
I've been running TSP S1 Tune for a little over a month now and haven't experienced clutch slip. I typically try to stay out of the higher boost levels in 5th and 6th as well as I use them for cruising / light acceleration. I'll downshift to 3rd/4th if I need to accelerate harder.

There's a good write up I followed in the DIY section:

I soaked the nuts on the DP for a few days prior, read too many horror stories about studs breaking. :)

Has anyone tried out this Stage 1 Tune? Any thoughts as to longevity with Stock Clutch? Looking for something to hold me over until I do a custom tune and swap out the clutch.
