I had same problem. I list my son Alexander's friends with his name first, like "Alexander's friend James", so if I say "Call Alexander" it pulls up him and all of his friends. Ugh. My solution? Alexander is now Zebra. My other son is Elephant. My wife is Wonder Woman. Dumb, but it works.

MY S5 connects fine, but I don't find AA to be of any use so I disabled it, except on the rare occasions I want to use Google Maps (I don't have the Nav package). Make sure you have it enabled in your infotainment system.
